What we collect

Your name and mobile number
The service you book, your vehicle size, and the date and time of your booking
The messages you send us on WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram
Whether your deposit has been paid. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we never see your card number.

Why we use it

Only to take and manage your booking: confirming your slot, collecting the deposit, sending a reminder before your appointment, and contacting you about your car. The legal basis is the contract you ask us to enter into when you book. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. We will only send you offers if you ask us to.

Who helps us

To run bookings we use: WhatsApp (Meta) for messages, Google Calendar for the booking calendar, our WhatsApp booking software, and our payment provider for deposits. They process data on our behalf under their own data protection terms.

How long we keep it

Booking details are kept for up to 24 months after your last visit, and payment records for as long as tax law requires. After that they are deleted.

This website

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your device's IP address when the page loads.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time by WhatsApp or phone on +356 9936 2846. You can also complain to Malta's Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC).

Perché li usiamo

Solo per gestire la tua prenotazione: confermare l'orario, ricevere la caparra, mandarti un promemoria e contattarti riguardo alla tua auto. La base giuridica è il contratto che chiedi di concludere prenotando. Non vendiamo i tuoi dati e non li usiamo per pubblicità. Ti mandiamo offerte solo se ce lo chiedi.

Chi ci aiuta

Per le prenotazioni usiamo: WhatsApp (Meta) per i messaggi, Google Calendar per il calendario, il nostro software di prenotazione su WhatsApp e il fornitore di pagamenti per le caparre. Trattano i dati per nostro conto secondo i loro termini sulla protezione dei dati.

Per quanto tempo

I dati delle prenotazioni sono conservati fino a 24 mesi dopo l'ultima visita, i dati dei pagamenti per il tempo richiesto dalla legge fiscale. Poi vengono cancellati.
